IA Meet Results
5/25/10- Our IA track team competed this past weekend in the Catholic State finals. Gabby Leo qualified to rum the 1500m and Natalie Schichtel qualified to run the 400m in the State Championships which will be held in Binghamton, NY June 11 and 12th.
5/20/10- For the first time in school history, the Bears won the All-Catholic meet held May 19th! The track team beat Nardin by 8 points and Sacred Heart by 18 points. Gabby Leo set a new league record in the 3000m and Shelby Gawley placed 1st in the discus throw.
The following girls will compete in the State qualifiers THIS SUNDAY in NYC: Gabby Leo, Natalie Schichtel, Natalie Vetter, Amanda Vetter, Shelby Gawley, Alexis Perez, Jess Strozyk and Marissa Miniri
5/18/10-Day one of the All Catholic Conference Track Meet found the Bears in the lead by one point. Gabby Leo set a new league record in the 3000m with a time of 10:46! Natalie Schichtel is moving on to the finals to compete in the 400m, along with Alexis Perez competing in the 100m and 200m finals. Day two of the meet is 5/19 at 4:00 at Canisius Track Complex on Clinton Road in West Seneca.
