Sr. Gerald Tuition Assistance Fund

Sister Gerald Peterson FSSJ, Immaculata Academy class of 1955, who taught social studies and religion at IA for 20 years (1973-1993) passed away on January 28, 2009. Sister Gerald was known as a strong, no-nonsense teacher and a faithful, hard working Franciscan Sister of St. Joseph, always concerned for justice and honesty.

To honor Sister Gerald’s dedication to her students, her fellow Immaculatans, Immaculata Academy has established The Sister Gerald Tuition Assistance Fund.

Those who wish to make a donation to the fund in memory of Sister Gerald may make a gift by clicking here and visiting our secure online donation page. You may also send a check to the school’s Institutional Advancement Office earmarking it for The Sister Gerald Tuition Assistance Fund.
