Immaculata Academy is proud of its mentoring program that’s designed to provide students from each grade level with a mentor from our faculty and staff. This program has 100% faculty and staff participation, who set time aside on a weekly basis in order to meet with groups of six students.
The purpose of the program is to provide students with an opportunity to discuss anything that might be on their minds.
With a basis in trust and confidentiality, discussions can occur with the group or individually. Mentors place an emphasis on discussing academic matters, but are also available to talk with students about good things happening at school or at home. It is also an opportunity for students to confide in their mentor about challenges they face in their lives.
