The Annual Fund is the cornerstone of the fundraising efforts. These annual gifts provide unrestricted monies to fill the gap that tuition alone cannot cover, in providing a college preparation education. These donations are vital, since Immaculata Academy must rely upon the Annual Fund to meet operating costs and balance the budget.

2. Sister Gerald Tuition Assistance Fund
To honor Sister Gerald’s dedication to her students, her fellow Immaculatans, Immaculata Academy has established The Sister Gerald Tuition Assistance Fund to aid current Immaculata students who may not be able to continue their Immaculata education because of unforeseen economic situations. The funds will be distributed at the discretion of the school’s administration.

3. In-Kind Gifts/Non-cash donations
Businesses and indivduals can give gifts of equipment, inventory, materials, and services. Not only do you support education, but you can receive tax deductions as well.

4. Matching Gifts

5. Mater Christi Award Gala
Since its inception in 1993, this annual dinner has recognized honorees who have made a significant difference in Catholic education. The event generates funding for tuition assistance, scholarships, and academic programming.

6. Perpetual Patron Chair Plate
Your $100 contribution offers you the opportunity to recognize an individual, family or significant event, with a name plate on a chair in our auditorium. Your donation could commemorate a drama production, concert or event, honor a student or graduation class, or become a lasting memorial of a loved one. Proceeds from all sales will benefit the Special Projects Fund, for projects like our auditorium renovations and science lab updates.

7. Phone-A-Thon
Through the annual Phone-A-Thon, Immaculata Academy alumnae join together to help provide financial assistance to students in need. The phone-a-thon not only provides much needed financial aid, but also enables Immaculata Academy to continue to provide students with the Franciscan tradition of academic and spiritual excellence.
