Open house
September 29, 10:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. & October 1, 6 – 8 p.m.
Prospective students and their families are invited to attend our fall Open House to meet current students, faculty, coaches, staff, Parent Guild officers and members, alumnae and members of our board of trustees.
It’s a great opportunity for determining how Immaculata Academy can meet your daughter’s educational, personal, and spiritual expectations.

Application forms for admission to Immaculata Academy are accepted at your daughter’s elementary or middle school office.
Placement exam review course
October 29 - 31, 4 – 6 p.m., $80 (includes review book)
All essential elements of the placement exam are covered and practice tests assist students with critical thinking and test-taking skills. Pre-register by October 22.
November 2007

All essential elements of the placement exam are covered and practice tests assist students with critical thinking and test-taking skills. Pre-register by October 22.
Placement exam
November 17, 8 a.m. – noon, $20
Eighth grade students interested in attending Immaculata Academy must register to take the placement exam. Criteria for awards and scholarships are primarily based on each student’s placement exam test results. Pre-register by November 14.
December 2007
All applying students who would like to be considered for Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) must return forms to the Admissions Office.
January 2008
Immaculata Academy mails acceptance notifications to new students and scholarship award winners. Qualified students also receive tuition assistance grants. |

Freshmen registration

All accepted students and their families are invited to attend Freshman Registration.
May 2008
Open house and fine arts night
May 20, 6 – 8:30 p.m.
Current and interested students, along with their families are invited to attend our spring Open House and Fine Arts Night.
June 2008
Class of 2012 induction
June 8, 9 – 11 a.m.
Immaculata Academy welcomes all accepted students and their families to our Class of 2012 Induction Mass and Breakfast.
August 2008
All accepted students are asked to attend our Freshman Forum (orientation). This begins a week before the rest of the students begin school and important elements leading to a smooth transition to high school life are covered. In addition to “house-keeping” notes, students will learn about time management skills and good study habits. This program increases student’s retention and academic success. |
